Thanks for that Haydn, nothing worse than perhaps a muscle spasm in my chest probably brought on by constant coughing. I missed the evening too but Ann tells me you had a good laugh all round. That's what it's all about.
We might consider pensioning off the Football Team that defended their title yet again and enter them into a more serious Quiz Competition. We might be able to attract some funds by challenging other Sports Clubs in the area.
Well done anyway to all those who contributed to the evening, particularly Haydn and the girls for providing the food. It was good to hear that new member, Charles McAdam, our newly installed Events Organiser, supported the evening.
I'll bet Wellidog have embarked upon a strict training regime to ensure they regain their 'crown' at future events.
Laurie.

As the out going quiz champions leader, captain and play maker, I congratulate the team of Nellie lovers. They took their chances and fought to the wire. In the next quiz, would it be possible to have more questions on TV programmes that stopped 20 years ago, more on bands and singers that are dead, more on films that are 70 yeras old and of course, more on table football!!! Joking aside, well done Haydn, you made it an enjoyable event..you and your selective hearing on bonus questions.xxx
