Just popped in to say all the best lads for the game at Harborough Town tomorrow evening. Give it your all and bring home a point or two. "Come on you Doughboys"

Rumour has it that Harborough have signed 4 or more players that have dropped down from higher leagues, to help them stay in the premiership I guess. I hope we see Jonny Mitchell up front with JT alongside, Rob Parker feeding the balls through (if he is back on the pace) and Scott doing the strong arm stuff, the back 4 are solid. How many games will gloves Freeman miss and when from?

If it was a straight red he will miss three matches, 21 days after the sending off.
If that is true about the southern league players that is ideal. I presume that they would not have had time to gel, they will either be fringe players who were not playing much at the higher level or playing for teams that were struggling, doubtful they would be top players.
Are they really going to have the desire to play in a Tuesday night relegation dog fight or are they just after the money? We have certainly seen plenty of those over the years.

We believe that Gloves will miss only the Desborough game on 4/5; this season anyway!

So Harborough have managed to recruit players previously from an higher league eh? I wondered why they were doing well of late. Still, I have every confidence in our lads, they won't be too bothered about it. "Come on then you Doughboys"

A goalless draw tonight at Harborough for the boys sees us move up the table to 14th.

Yeah, another point in the bag, could have easily been 3 towards the end though. I can't recall a game where there were so many fouls. At times it looked as though Harborough were trying to kick us of the pitch. Very poor. The ref let everything go and I think they took advantage of this, but who wouldn't. Would I be right in saying we were more effective, towards the end, when the play was wider and less direct down the middle?

I hear that we battered them with the wind in the first half, then again against the wind in the second, had a goal struck off for offside and, in the 89th minute, missed penalty. Two points lost really then!
